Detected changes
Completion of concrete pouring for typical floor slabs and commencement of column works for the next level
Commencement of delivery and stockpiling of red bricks on the cast floors in preparation for wall construction
Removal of wooden formwork from significant portions of the structure, revealing the layout of the residential units
Progress reading
The increase in completion rate from 20% to 35% reflects the actual transition from underground works (foundations) to the superstructure's concrete works. Current images show the completion of at least two slabs above ground level, justifying the jump in the percentage.
vs previous visit
During the previous visit, work was focused exclusively on the steel reinforcement and formwork for the ground beams and foundation pouring. In contrast, current photos show clear vertical growth of the buildings, with the concrete structure completed for several floors and a heavy presence of pouring equipment (pumps and mixers) to complete the remaining slabs.
Expected next milestones
Completion of the roof annex pouring, commencement of masonry work (walls), and the start of preliminary electrical and plumbing installations within the structural frame.
