Detected changes
Completion of concrete pouring for typical floor slabs and removal of most wooden formwork in the first building
Commencement of cement block masonry on the ground and first floors for unit partitioning
Presence of a concrete pump and mixing trucks on-site to complete pouring works in the adjacent building
Preparation of reinforcement steel and formwork for the penthouse slabs in parts of the project
Progress reading
The 25% increase in the completion rate is visually evident in the transition from the initial structural skeleton (newly cast slabs) to the architectural partitioning phase using blockwork, while casting works continue on the project's annex buildings.
vs previous visit
Compared to previous images, it is noted that the ceilings that were under wooden formwork have been poured and the formwork removed. Additionally, the walls of the residential units have clearly begun to appear using masonry, whereas previous images showed only the concrete structure.
Expected next milestones
Completion of masonry work (blockwork) for all floors, commencement of initial electrical and plumbing installations, and the start of internal plastering works.
