Although the recorded completion rate is 0%, the photos clearly show the project's transition from the structural and initial finishing stages (seen in the previous visit) to advanced final finishing stages for the facades and roof. This indicates an expected update to the actual completion percentages soon.

Compared to the visit on 2026-02-19, we observe the removal of the scaffolding that previously surrounded the entire building. The exterior wall painting and cladding are now complete, and the HVAC systems and rooftop tanks have been installed. In contrast, the previous visit showed the building in the external plastering and insulation installation phase.
Expected next milestones
Completion of external paving and lighting, commencement of final interior finishing works, and installation of the main gates.
