Detected changes
Completion of formwork and reinforcement for large areas of the final visible roof, with a concrete pump present on-site.
Increase in the level of red brick masonry work to include additional floors compared to the previous visit.
Increase in material and equipment stockpiles, with excavation and preparation works appearing in the plot adjacent to the main building.
Progress reading
Although the recorded completion rate is 0%, the photos reflect a different reality; the structural frame is in advanced stages (typical floors) and the masonry work has surpassed the halfway point of the building's total height.
vs previous visit
Compared to the October 2025 images, we observe progress in the pouring of at least one additional floor, a significant increase in the area of red-brick wall construction, and the relocation of cranes and equipment to handle the higher levels.
Expected next milestones
Completion of the current roof slab pouring, continuation of masonry work for the upper floors, and the commencement of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) rough-ins within the structurally completed levels.
