The images reflect the project's transition from the structural phase to the final facade finishing stage for the main building, while the lateral residential/hotel blocks remain in the advanced shell and core stages (masonry and slab pouring).
vs previous visit
Compared to the previous visit, we observe the completion of painting for large areas of the facades that previously appeared as raw concrete or plaster. Additionally, service systems have been installed on the roof, which were not present before.
Expected next milestones
Completion of external scaffolding removal, commencement of surrounding landscaping works, and completion of interior finishes and electromechanical installations.
